Upscale place that doesn't live up to the hype. If I pay €20 for a cocktail I expect the staff to be on point. When getting to the top floor it took too long for someone to greet us.. and tell us you can find your own seat. Servers didn't check if guests wanted new drinks. Also who designed this place?
