Lovely view and chill atmosphere on the rooftop of an office building. It’s in a quieter region of the south of Amsterdam. Not too many passerby’s or loud noises. The ambiance was rather alternative. Wooden planks and tables out of untreated wood, will give you a rather relaxed vibe. The service staff is very friendly.

EXTRA PLUS for perfect accommodations during Corona/COVID-19 including: digital menu/contactless menu-QR codes, contactless seating concept. Time-slots to book (and leave).

The only problem (which is why it’s only 4 stars) is the menu, it’s options as well as the prices. Obviously you don’t expect the same options as a restaurant a la carte menu… but you’re paying almost main-course prices for finger food. So… basically… it’s too expensive for what it is… and what it was, was nothing special unfortunately.

It’s still a very good spot for a chill afternoon with good vibes and good music and a few drinks. But it’s not my main option for food OR drinks.

2 out of 4 stars are the view and location. So… not bad but room for improvement. Especially considering the location you’re working with… huge potential.

They also have a GAPP restaurant downstairs… maybe I try...

Big thanks to Event manager - Cliff (hope I wrote his name correctly :) Almost a month ago, I called to Gapp because I was looking for a terrace, as I was helping in the organization of an engagement proposal of my sister :) We had change of plans with the initial place, and we were looking for plan B, so I called Gapp. I spoke on the phone with Cliff that listened to my situation and tried his best to help me in such a short notice to back me up with my situation. Luckily the initial plan with another place eventually worked out. But still I wanted to personally come and thank Cliff and the team of GAPP for perfect customer service. I wanted to go there to order food and have a drink, and hopefully thank Cliff in person, but apparently I went there on the day when the place was closed. Since then I didn’t have a chance to give a visit, but I definitely will. Still I wanted to leave this feedback as a token of my gratitude and to say “Guys, thank you so much for humanity and such an empathy to someone on the phone seeking for a place for such a beautiful occasion on a short notice, it’s much...

I go here quiet often, and I have to say that apart from the fact that it is a rooftop bar, what they serve is not really worth it, especially the food. I saw some people already complaining about the food. And I believe it is justified. We ordered the BLTC sandwich. Honestly to sum it up it looks like a sandwich that a person without cooking experience makes at home, sandwich without any sauce, slapping lettuce and tomato on it and very few small pieces of chicken that I can count on my finger. Just a pro tip here, if you take the elevator downstairs and order their club sandwich (same hotel, just the restaurant down there) there you can get a proper sandwich for the same price. This is honestly a disgrace of a sandwich (charging 13 euro or how much) that's a joke. Customer service is alright, drinks is same as anywhere else, some people really even order bottled beer to pour it themselves so, can't really see the added value then the...

This is a hidden gem near Amstel station. It is located on 8th floor of Hotel Casa. It is unfortunate that they don't accept reservations. I would love to go there again on a nice sunny day to experience 360 view of Amsterdam from the rooftop. The prices are also not expensive and toilets are clean. The staff speaks English and Dutch. Sweet potato fries and vegan bitterballen were hit and I would recommend them to anyone. They have plenty of beers so you can try fresh beers from the tap

Great view on the city. Drinks and food were good, nothing exceptional for a rooftop bar. Staff didn’t have positive attitude and service could be improved due to lack of attention to details (we had to ask for napkins 3x). Chairs/couches aren’t comfy. We would have expected something better for such a nice location! It definitely has great potential.
