There are rare moments in life when you are totally blown away by the taste of a meal but none so unassuming as a burger joint. That was our experience at Dandy burger.

We had the extra spicy chicken wings and Dandy cheeseburger. The spice of the wings did not overpower the delicious flavour and we relished every bite. The burger with its toasted bun, caramelized onions, medium cooked beef and moreish Dandy sauce came together beautifully, as each bite felt like one harmonious unit. It felt neither heavy or light - the perfect portion size.

The service was just as good as the meal but no surprise there when we learnt he was Aussie. Darra spent time chatting, joking and making sure we felt right at home - as if we were old friends being served right out of his home kitchen.
