I’ll start by saying food for me (and my partner in crime) is a ritual, it is important in so many more ways than just survival… therefore I was excited to know about the opening of this new restaurant in the neighbourhood. We booked for Valentine’s night and were welcomed with the option of having complementary oysters on the house! By the way, I have to mention here that every single thing we tried in the restaurant from the Kalamata olives in olive oil with bread, was tasting SO GOOD! The bread and everything served in the restaurant is made IN the house by the chef and his team, with super top quality raw ingredients. You can confirm it once you try it yourself 😉 We took the six courses menu, wanting to get an idea of the essence of this restaurant, what it is all about… The service was extremely attentive and careful making sure to double check in case of any food allergies etc. To the point, my congratulations to the Chef and his extremely capable and talented team! We have had tasting menus labelled as fusion, Mediterranean, Latin American etc. before so we are a tiny bit experienced foodies. There were always the plates that we would love and a few plates coming second to our preferences. I have to say that our interest this time was always alert! Such a creative, balanced and refreshing combination of ingredients and textures this menu had. And everything that was borrowed from all these different gastronomy languages was so respectfully and beautifully implemented into the plates! I’ll not talk about the wines here otherwise I’ll am going to write a book haha 🤣 You guys deserve to be seen and definitely deserve a lot of recognition cause you stood out! You have made us feel really really happy yesterday night 🙏🏻❤️ Wish you all the best! Sadly we devoured our meal to the point that we totally neglected taking any pictures but presentation was...

Tucked into the heart of a quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam West, this charming little restaurant feels like a well-kept secret.
The menu is a confident dance between Mediterranean fusion and French finesse, full of thoughtful surprises. The evenings standout was a bowl of cauliflower soup — delicately smoky bacon playing against the soft sweetness of strawberries. It shouldn’t work, but it does. Brilliantly! It’s the kind of dish that tells of a chef who isn’t just cooking, but composing. A dish we were told they thought of on the spot.
The space is tranquil, bathed in the soft golden light of early evening. Time seems to slow down here. Conversations flow gently, and the outside world fades.
The service? Impeccable. Attentive without ever being overbearing. We were invited into their passion — kitchen secrets were shared, wine pairings explained not just with knowledge but with real joy. There’s a humility here, a quiet reverence for food and its power to bring people together.
A night that will linger on my palate as well...

I visited the restaurant about a week ago with a large group of friends. We were all thrilled with the ingredient combinations and overall quality of the food!
The dorade was one of the best starters, inspired combination with the blood orange and the mustard seeds. The rockfish soup had a rich umami flavour, another excellent starter leading to the main course. As a main course, I had the turbot; very juicy and cooked to perfection.
Regarding vegetarian options, the roasted leeks and the Hokkaido pumpkin were true revelations as starters, and the grilled cabbage was mouthwatering and delicious!
The rice pudding was very refreshing at the end; both the roasted pineapple and the cinnamon ice cream paired brilliantly with the pudding and added a lot of depth to the dessert. The pistachio cheese cake, with its creamy texture and its nutty flavour, was the perfect ending to a...
