Xd Called the restaurant about to ask when the delivery is supposed to arrive. Got a response that „they were just about to call me” because their driver had an accident on the road, meaning that there’s fewer of them on the go and I would have to wait additional 1,5 hour for the delivery since my location is the furthest away from the restaurant. That seemed reasonable, but I still asked for cancellation of the order, as I didn’t want to wait this long. The spokesperson confirmed that they will follow up and cancel it right away and I will get my money back.

After that conversation I needed to call three or four more times in the following hour to ask about the status of my order and repeat my request for cancellation, which all resulted in constant reassuring me that they’re just about to cancel the order from their tablet.

Eventually the order was tagged as delivered to me almost an hour after the restaurant closed. Naturally, it never got cancelled by the restaurant despite their words, just as it also never arrived. Fortunately, Uber Eats helped...

I ordered a Vegan BBQ pizza and as I bit into the pizza, I noticed that it was incredibly spicy. I do not eat spicy food and it wasn't specified that the pizza was spicy. When I checked the receipt and looked at my order, I realised they had sent me the vegan spicy pizza by mistake. When I called to explain the situation, I was told nothing could be done as I had take ONE BITE out of the pizza. They couldn't replace it, they couldn't take the wrong pizza and replace it with the correct one. I was told that the 12 euro I had spent I could not get back for a mistake on the part of the restaurant. So I was left with a pizza I couldn't eat and 12 euros out of pocket. I had horrible experience. Delivery person and pizza was good but the person whom I called check about the order is not. Pizza was delivered after 90 minutes. I called to check the person and he claimed the person already came and ringed the bell and left because no one opened the door. After he claimed he called. Both of them it was not true I was at home all the time and there was no call and he was very very rude to me on call. He is like what I am saying right whatever you are saying is wrong.
