There were no vegan food breakfast options available at the establishment. My girlfriend and I ordered two cappuccinos, which, surprisingly, cost us a total of 9 euros. Upon inquiring if they had any vegan alternatives, we were met with a disheartening "no" as the response. In light of this, we took it upon ourselves to purchase two vegan croissants from Albert Heijn to ensure we had a complete breakfast. We chose to enjoy our meal in the self-service area outside the establishment. To our surprise, we were asked to either stop eating or vacate the premises. This experience left us perplexed and disappointed. It seems counterintuitive for an establishment not to offer a vegan alternative and yet restrict customers who seek a solution on their own. This incident left us with the impression of unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for their customers, and a rather negative experience. This is not how you treat your customers, especially if you don't offer a service for my dietary restrictions. I hope they get better at this, because I think the restaurant has a lot of potential! I wanted to go and try their food, but now I don't think I will....
Read moreI have been here a couple of times before today and had been sastified by the service and the food until today. First of all with the condition of the corona I believe you should respect the 1.5 mt space recommended and in this case they didn't since they sat someone next to us at less than 1 mt. Regarding the food, I asked for a boxie because I wanted provolone on my sandwich (which is one of the ingridients of the Boxie based on the menu description), not only did they put another type of cheese but the cheese had nothing to do with the provolone and the strong flavour of the cheese they chose covered completely the taste of the other ingridients. I understand that you run out of a product but I believe you should notify the customer on the switch of a product, because I would of been ok to change it to something more accordingly to the other ingridients of the sandwich like...
Read moreWhile the ladies working there are so kind, I had a very rude man serving for my last visit.
When we were at the entrance, the man blocked the entrance completely without acknowledging us. He saw us once and still blocking the entrance.
Once we went inside, we asked the table for coffee (it didn't have to be a certain table, we just wanted to be seated) and he said ‘Nope that table is for only eating’ in a rude way while I was talking.
The coffee was tasteless differently from my previous visit. The place is pretty compact which is not a problem. He his my head while passing and didn't bother excusing. (not even asking for an apology)
I don't think I will visit here any more...
