Normally i don’t even bother to give 1 star rating but our experience today after the reopening was just horrible. The Staff arrogant and gossip queens. Effortlessly upselling to customers. We witness a customer asking for 500gr, selling 600gr. Asking for 250 gram, selling 300gr. And lastly suspicious rounding up’s, our kibbeling from cod was 9,05 eu and we paid 9,07 via the pin. I am regular at this place for over 3years (over) spending easily 200-300 eur on weekly basis. Today it stops, the second time when I m told bluntly to my face that “all the fish is for a restaurant order, only the fillet is available”. I just waited 30 mins in a queue, and I get you are closing and not in the mood to clean but make that a clear rule that after 16:00 you don’t sell it anymore. Very very disappointing. I have visited and enjoyed the place more than three times, but since this Saturday it has become a worst memory. I was waiting with baby and my husband went to order,but while he waited more than 15 minutes, no one looked at him and they just ignored him. At first, I thought it was because the store was crowded, but the other patrons who walked in they immediately asked what they needed. After while When my husband politely asked, "Can I order?" one waitress looked very displeased and said, "I am doing other person's oder now!" and no one has taken his order. I think it's a form of racism. This was the worst memory in the Netherlands.

Ik heb de plek meer dan drie keer bezocht en ervan genoten, maar sinds deze zaterdag is het een slechtste herinnering geworden. Ik wachtte met de baby en mijn man ging bestellen, maar terwijl hij meer dan 15 minuten wachtte, keek niemand naar hem en negeerden ze hem gewoon. In eerste instantie dacht ik dat het kwam omdat de winkel druk was, maar de andere klanten die binnenkwamen, vroegen meteen wat ze nodig hadden. Na een tijdje Toen mijn man beleefd vroeg: "Kan ik bestellen?" een serveerster keek erg ontevreden en zei: "Ik doe nu de opdracht van iemand anders!" en niemand heeft zijn bestelling opgenomen. zelfs er zijn daar meer dan 6 serveersters.
