Coffeehouse Gelderlandplein — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I love coffee company in general but this particular joint ALWAYS has employees that just don't think before they act. They were cleaning the CEILING getting dust EVERYWHERE, into the coffee and into our lungs, and this was around 2:30 when there were a decent amount of customers in the place. Another time they mistook my order and gave me a small drink to drink in the cafe when i distinctively ordered a medium, take-away. I told them the order was wrong. They then proceeded to put the same drink into a medium sized take-away cup, and it barely filled half the cup. I guess they were kind of embarresed to give me the half-filled cup as well because they changed it into a small sized cup, still charging the same. Maybe the meduim cup 'for here' is the same size as a small take-away but then that is still strange by itself. I don't recomend this particular joint unless you really really are desparate for coffee, amd i wouldn't recomend staying for...

The worst service and bad coffee ever!! I have been to many coffee company in Amsterdam. This is the worst one that I visited. First of all, I ordered a medium size of iced moka with my coffee stamp card; the staff charged me as large size! Then, I got my iced moka and I didn't even taste any chocolate at all. It tastes just like a typical latte. Finally, I asked for a wifi password at the counter. The staff said "Did you order anything here?" She gave me a bad attitude! I told her that I just sat over there and you picked up the order for me few minutes ago!! It is the worst experience at Coffee Company! :( I'm very disappointed about this location. I always order coffee from coffee company everyday near my work and never experience something like this! I will never come back to this...

Als oud bewoner kom ik nu en dan terug voor bezoek aan familie en vrienden, en gaan wij gezamenlijk wat lekkers eten en drinken. Nou, zet je schrap voor mijn review.

Ontzettend vies terras met een wachtrij tot aan buiten. Vreselijk traag, afwezig en minimaal inzet van personeel. Een blaffende teamleidster die op de huid van het personeel zit maar zelf niks doet, zelfs klanten keken hier verafschuwd naar. Peperduur en slechtste kwaliteit van gebak en koffie van het plein. Als je bij de frisdrankkoeling staat, komt er een stanklucht van achter de klapdeur, kan nooit fris zijn en een broeinest van bacteriën. Mijn dochtertje schrikt van de muizen die in en om de tent rennen. Ga je voor een maaginfectie? Is dit dé manier om er een op te lopen, gezien de lakse werkwijze en slechte hygiëne van deze zaak.

Zeer zonde van de ingenomen plek op deze welbekende plein van Amsterdam. Ik hoop niet op verbetering, maar dat het geforceerd sluit na een NVWA-inspectie. Dit zou toch de beste optie zijn voor een schandalige tent als dit. Jammer dat ik niet lager dan 1 ster kan geven, want het verdient een nul waar velen mee eens zijn zo te zien, een nietszeggende reactie van verschillende "eigenaars" die zelf niks doen gaat direct de prullenmand in.
