The ambiance is up to par - at some point j thought I was in London, lounge-y and chic.
The people watching is definitely fun as its clientele is not short of …… well. Other than that, the food is not really worth the price. For 100 euro you can find a Michelin bistro with equivalent atmosphere.
The service - the gentlemen in brown suit (I suppose he is the manager) is extremely friendly and attentive, kudos for him. The runners serve the food with passion and proficiency. The blue suit sommelier (which I had to guess since he never bother speaking to me upon my signal) straight out ignored me while I wanted to speak with him for a napkin, apparently, he is too important for such trivial task so he stared at me twice and ignored my “hello sir” outreach. I saw him pouring a bottle of Sancerre so I suppose that he is the sommelier.
But hey, it’s a new place so always room for adjustment. Find out for yourself and I hope that this comment is not seen as complaint but a constructive...
Read moreI visited this restaurant with my boyfriend a couple days ago. We were put at a table i wasn’t really happy with so I asked if we could move to the bar. Best decision! Special thanks to bartender Raresh who went above and beyond for us. He also took our order and took out the plates (not a lot of bartenders do this) so that was really nice. He made funny jokes and told us about the cocktails he made us. He also showed us a special room downstairs full of wines. A real experience. The one star i took off from the service was because when we came back upstairs 2 ladies were paying the bill on top of our seats that still had our stuff next to it. Also the drink i left at the bar to finish after was thrown away. After working in the horeca for many years you learn to NEVER throw away any drink that still has something in it. That was a shame, but for the rest everything was super lovely and tasty. Already planning on...

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which was actually quite good — fresh and flavorful. However, everything else about the visit left a lot to be desired.
First, the food took over an hour to arrive, which is simply unacceptable, especially for a relatively simple dish. During that long wait, we sat in an awkward and unattractive part of the restaurant, while two different sources of music played at the same time, creating a confusing and unpleasant atmosphere.
To top it off, we were charged 15 euros for water — something that felt completely unreasonable and left me feeling taken advantage of.
In short: good food, but not nearly enough to make up for the long wait, poor ambiance, and overpriced extras. I won’t be...
