Julia's — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I love Julia's! You can find them at larger train stations around NL - not sure about surrounding countries. They're priced a little on the high side for fast food, but it's definitely worth it. You choose your pasta, your sauce, and whichever extras you want. And they cook it right there while you watch. The ingredients are always nice and fresh, and the flavor combos are very tasty. I usually get the tortellini with carbonara sauce, then add chicken, pancetta and mozzarella. The portions are so big that I can barely eat the large size - but...

Ravioli (spinazie ricotta) met Norma saus besteld en extra mozarella en Italiaanse kaas. Ravioli was goed gekookt; de Norma saus in orde. Jammer dat de extra mozarella maar 3 stukjes waren en de Italiaanse kaas maar 1 zuinig lepelschepje. Over het algemeen was het te eten en goed van smaak. De twee dames die er waren zijn aardig en dienstverlenend. Wat beter kan (vandaar maar drie sterren) is de hygiene op de werkplank. Ook vlogen er steeds vliegen rond. Let hierop, het zijn de kleine dingen waarop je kan scoren! Succes!

02/09/2018: Dezelfde jongedames stonden er. Vandaag een ravioli met tonijnsaus genomen + extra tonijn. De extra tonijn was zeer zuinig. Dat is jammer. Verder hygiene e.d. goed. En de ravioli was heerlijk. Daarentegen één vliegje die in de buurt was maar alles zag er hygienischer uit dan mijn vorige bezoek. Complimenten! Ik zou nu 4 sterren geven.
