KFC — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I am not a person that gets very easily frustrated. Especially with jobs when I know things can be hectic. However, the customer service is very poor. This is a consistent problem. I've been here multiple times and each time the customer service was poor. When I ordered I waited 20 minutes to receive the food only to find out that nobody was making it. The worst part is that it was quiet in the restaurant with less than 7 people. The workers do not look interested. I usually get a very rude reply if I ask when my order is done after 30 minutes.

What's even more remarkable was I saw 4 other customers having the same complaint. I've come back to this restaurant because I did not want to let 1 negative interaction form my opinion. But this was the red line for me and I will avoid this restaurant in the future. To the employers, you may want to reconsider the people you hire. Had lunch there earlier today. The coleslaw salad has expired at 5:55 am on the 5th of October (today is 6.10.2019). When we raised this with the staff, they had to go through an entire row of other expired coleslaw packages until they got a good one. They did not apologize or dispose of all the expired packages. They also forgot to give us our chicken wings for which we had to go back. Now I have stomach ache and after checking all the other reviews I understand why. When going to a chain like KFC people expect to have fresh ingredients and consistent quality across the restaurants. There was an overweight lady working there with a pink hair clip. She is rude and she is very unsanitary. She kept sneezing on her hand and then with the same hand proceeded to touch people's foods directly. She kept touching her nose, sneezing on her hand and preparing food with this hand. When a man who ordered dine in asked for a plate she said no and when he asked nicely again she rudely said "No we don't give out plates or cutlery after 8PM" which is not KFC's policy but something they are doing themselves just to not deal with its cleaning after.
