Pizza & Co — Restaurant in Amsterdam

We were at the RAI fair, and after the busy day, dinner was on our minds. Luckily, my colleague stumbled upon a cozy little restaurant near the fairgrounds 5 min by car. What a delightful surprise it was! Operated by a lovely mother-daughter duo, the restaurant may not be fancy, but it boasts an excellent menu with mouthwatering vegetarian options. I decided to sample one of their dishes, and it was simply amazing! In fact, I found myself returning to the restaurant four times throughout the fair because the food was just that good. Simply the Best pizza by FAR in Lecce, probably Puglia!! Not only is this place serving amazing, authentic Napalese pizza - but they are serving it with fiery passion and love for everyone that walks through the door. Its a family place and it is served the same way it would be to his children - his own words! But honestly, the pizza is insane- i ate at all the fancier pizza places in Lecce, and this place blows them out the water. Beat pizza i had touring the south of Italy. BY FAR!

The food here is good. From a kosher perspective, I would even say great. The cheesecake is meh. The Bianca pizza (a white pizza with a weird cream sauce and an egg splat in the middle of the pizza) is odd. Interesting but odd. Good even but just weird. The margarita pizza is really good. The fries were excellent 😋. The cheesecake is an oddly textured, Ok, tasting, no-bake but homemade cheesecake. Everything was served HOT and quickly. But the staff (in the middle of a rush) was waay too busy...
