If you’re Dutch and you know the radio station Veronica, then obviously being on this boat is cool. Now how cool is it that you can get awesome Sangria here as well? So we were strolling around the NDSM werf and trying to find a place to have a drink. Bumped into this place and really enjoyed it. I loved being on the old Veronica radio station boat. The drink was lovely, although, having been in Spain last week I was slightly disappointed by the size of it. But hey, this is Amsterdam! The taste was good, so were the shrimp croquettes and the ambiance! I’m coming back again on a warm day, to taste some more of the lovely drinks. Recommend this place if you’re in for a...
Read moreRun away from this place!!! Although the terrace is quite tempting, don’t loose any money nor time there. 3/4 of the « menu » is not available Kitchen is not working (they don’t know what a kitchen is!) We waited more than an hour to have our order (that never came). The woman manager is agressive and has nothing to do with hospitality and service. I ordered a glass of sangria which wasn't nice at all! The taste was so sour (vinegar) and the atmosphere was super messy. If your concept is to sell sangria for €30 a jar, than you better have to make sure it's a good one.
Maybe it's a nice place to have a drink on a sunny day and have a swim, but I advice you to choose a soda instead of...
