Since the squatters were removed, this place flourishes as a scene for events ranging from house parties, to small festivals. I suspect pricing and promotion have somthing to do with that.
As a visitor, it is appearant the NDSM location tries to present itself as a mix of historical boat building and shipping, Amsterdam and an artistic hipster style.
