Begrijp me niet verkeerd, we komen hier graag! De laatste tijd lijkt het alleen alsof de porties kleiner worden (zie foto van de +/- 5 stukjes kip als een van de twee vlees) en elke keer wel iets op is (en je 15 minuten moet wachten op een ei), terwijl je er wel voor betaalt en soms de tijd niet hebt om te wachten. Dat is zonde, want daardoor zijn we soms minder geneigd te komen

If you are looking for the authentic Indonesian food, then Toko Bamboe is the answer. As an Indonesian, I proudly say that Toko Bamboe is the best Indonesian food in Amsterdam. The sauce is generous. Best. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere felt like home. Try their sayur koolrabi. Very delicious. And toko Bamboe has lots varieties of vegetarian/vegan food. Success for Toko Bamboe. The people working here have always been super nice to me, and explained all the different dishes. Food is delish for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I especially like the slightly sour dishes. The amount of food packed can vary a bit between orders, and somehow the hours happen to fall so that whenever I'm craving this place...
