When planning my trip to the Netherlands I found vitas friet featured on several travel sites telling of their greatness. Out of the several fry stands we visited, vitas were the most disappointing because we came in with high expectations. Yes the people working behind the stand were lovely but the fries weren't spectacular. The level of your average carnival fair. If you're in the area sure give it a shot but don't travel from a different city...
