Zina's Kitchen — Restaurant in Amsterdam

We organised a dinner at the Boekmanstichting library on the Herengracht with VibeLab and Podiumkunst.net as part of launching a report on night and club culture, bringing together a wonderfully diverse group of people. Zina’s food was the absolute perfect accompaniment to the evening, and several guests said they hadn’t eaten this well in a long time – myself included!

From the careful preparation to the beautiful presentation, everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. Zina genuinely cares about her craft and about making people happy with food, which shows in every dish.

She’s also about to cater at my wedding, and I know I made the best choice...

Zina catered for our wedding and every dish was not only a feast for the eyes, but a warmed and delighted the soul through our bellies. Delicious and perfect for a special wedding.

Almost a year later, I got to go with my mom to learn how to cook some Syrian dishes our selves! It was so fun, and the experience was excellent. Not only making the food, but the company, and history of the foods we cooked. Zina is wonderful. And I love that she followed her passion and is making a true name for herself here in Amsterdam.

The catering during my brother's wedding party was absolutely phenomenal! The food was delicious and the service and kindness of Zina was exactly what people from the Middle East are used to get from our mothers. Speaking of mothers, even my own mom was really impressed by the flavours and presentation of the food and that says a lot!
