We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking by – the atmosphere looked so inviting from the street, we decided to give it a try. And we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff – especially the waitresses – were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel instantly at ease.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the onion soup, the burger, the beef skewer dish, and the hummus salad. The soup was rich and full of flavor, the burger was juicy with a perfectly balanced relish that added a special twist, and the beef skewer was beautifully grilled with a lovely sear – served on what looked like mashed potatoes but was actually a smooth, airy potato cream that surprised us in the best way.

The hummus salad was outstanding – fresh, vibrant, and the hummus itself was one of the best we’ve had: creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

Even the fries were top-notch – crispy, golden, and addictive. On top of all that, the place itself is very nice and has a great vibe.

The atmosphere looked nice from the street so my husband and I thought to try this place out. The staff were friendly but the food was very disappointing. We had the onion soup, burger and beef skewer dish. The onion soup was okay, the burger patty was dense and the relish was a weird decision and the beef skewer smelt raw and wasn't cooked properly the biggest frustration because it felt like the chef just pulled it out of some pre packet with no love and slapped it on to reheat or something, oh and to decide to serve it onto what looked like potato mash which in fact was mayo.. the only decent thing to pay restaurant prices was the fries. My husband ended up getting instantly sick driving home after we left, so it was a wasteful experience for us in all ways. We live quite a distance from Apeldoorn. Went to this place for the first time about 1,5 year ago after a visit to Paleis het Loo. What an amazing place! Right atmosphere, right service, great food, perfect selection of drinks, and menu is exactly right. Can see and feel the owner is putting his heart and soul in it, and is great in hiring likewise personel with the same devotion and attitude. Well done all! Was there today for the second time, and it seemed they only got better. A must visit when you are in or close to Apeldoorn! Prices are very acceptable for the quality and service...
