Let me tell you: I LOVE this place. Hands down my favorite pub/bar in Arnhem. The staff is amazing, drinks are reasonably priced and it has a great atmosphere.
The regulars are amazing people, very loving and friendly (so is the staff!). Everyone is always in a good mood and down to chat. You could honestly go here alone and meet 10 new people.
The location is amazing as well, it's in the city centre, close to the train and bus stations. Handy if you need to catch your last bus or have some time you need to spend waiting. It really reminds me of my time in England. Also one of only a handful of places in the city that serve Guinness and Irish beers and ciders. Do wish they did kopperberg, while it's not an Irish drink it's very common there. Also a great place to grab a bite, while they don't make it them selves. It is cheap and tasty, with a small selection from the local restaurants. It can be very busy when big sports games are on and Saturday...
