Domino's Pizza Palm Beach — Restaurant in Aruba

About a dozen employees congregating towards the back, all in plain view, it took several minutes to finally be acknowledged, and that was just the beginning. She made us feel like we were a bother to them. After all, I did witness them eating, drinking, and horsing around in the food preparation area. I just watched a couple walk in, wait to have their order placed, and after also being ignored just walked on out! If I were the franchise owner I would have to reevaluate the staff. One other note, I ordered two medium pies and a 2 litre of coke, they don't supply plates, which I was fine with that, but they ran out of cups! Placed an order for delivery. Was told 40-50mins. After 55mins saw a delivery car pass by. Decided to call to see maybe if they confused the address. First was told they came for delivery and there was nobody ! Told them that was a lie as we were waiting and saw the car pass. Then was told to hold as he will check. Turns out our order hasn't even been prepared yet. We were still 4 orders behind. Told them they should have communicated this in the beginning. We are hungry. First time in Aruba and i when we went to this location we were ignored by 4 employees for about 7 minutes. Finally someone reluctantly came from the back to take my order who seemed annoyed and tired. After taking the order she had trouble using the card reader so I had to show her how to process my credit card. I waited patiently for 45 minutes while watching the staff joke to each other and bring out 2 orders for customers who placed theirs after we did. I demanded a refund and walked out. Definitely not...
