Palm Beach almost always makes the list of the top beaches on the planet. Soft soft sand! Azure blue water! No rip tides! What's not to like? Sunning, swimming, banana boating. The perfect Caribbean triology. Plus many of the best casual restaurants are beach side. You can get out of the sun and have an affordable, local seaside meal. The paddle boarding and wind surfing schools are at the southern end of the island. Walk the shore south to the school to watch the professionals and the newbies master this craft. Aruba is the wind surfing capital of the world and it happens here. The international wind surfing championships actually take place right here on Palm Beach in June. Wonder over. A big tent provides shade and a computer screen makes the location of each contestant during the various challenges. At night a local band plays to celebrate the contestants. On some Sundays the Aruba fire department and shore patrols practice water safety drills in front of Moomba. They race to rescue dolls. It's really interesting to watch the professionals at work (when someone isn't really drowning!) Sundays are also the day the locals come to sun. It's fun to strike up a conversation and learn how they live the island life. Find out when the cruise ships come in. Their shore excursions head to the best beaches, so they always show up at Palm Beach. (The days are typically Tuesday and Wednesday.) Palm Beach gets really...

Having visited all the beaches of Aruba, I can say that Palm Beach is the best, especially if you are a guest of one of the hotels of this beach.

All the activities you want to do are there, bars and restaurants are really good and varied options, and one important thing is that it is close to the market, so after watching the beautiful sunset, you can head straight to the market and see the beautiful place. Enjoying music everywhere, singers and people dancing and having fun.

Most of the beaches I visited are filled with old people who just want to relax, so it's not very fun for young people who want to have a crazy time partying and wasting.

If you don't like crowded places and crazy people who want to dance and have fun, this is not the place you want to visit. It's quiet in the morning in a few places but a bit far from bars and...

A sunny island with a daily light breeze. Make sure you stay in one of the accommodations on Palm Beach so that being near restaurants is easy to get to either walking or by taxi. Make sure you have cash because the island taxis only take that: no Uber on the island. There are a few Starbucks on the island, but they do not allow you to use the Starbucks app so make sure you have cash or a credit card. We went for 4 days, this was enough time to relax and enjoy the island. We did a sunset catamaran cruise, this is a must for everyone to experience: we did the Octopus Sailing...
