La Zoccola Aruba - PIZZERIA — Restaurant in Aruba

The pizza was nothing like I expected. The taste was just okay. I ordered a Meat Lover, and it barely had any of the toppings it was supposed to come with. According to the menu, this pizza includes pepperoni, bacon, and ham, but I could only count three pieces of bacon in medium-sized slices.

The next pizza I ordered was a Capricciosa, which, according to the menu, comes with ham. When I called to place my order, I asked the lady on the phone whether it was regular ham or prosciutto, but she either couldn't or didn't understand my question. I asked again to make sure what type of ham it was, specifically if it was prosciutto. She then asked me if I wanted it cooked or raw.

When I received my pizza, I saw that it was just regular ham, with four slices not cut.

Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. The quality and quantity of the toppings , and the lack of attention to detail significantly impacted my satisfaction with the order. Additionally, the communication regarding the ingredients was unclear, making it difficult to confirm what I was actually receiving.

I would appreciate clearer communication when customers have specific questions about ingredients. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall...

My husband is the 'pizza guy,' and he spent time researching for the best pizza in Aruba and came across LA Zoocola, so we decided to try it. And it truly lived up to it's reputation( and reviews) The lads stated that it truly was the best pizza they have experienced!!! And between them, that's almost 100yrs of pizza eating! The owner makes all the pizzas and proudly stands by all the food he creates...authentic Italian cuisine. The outdoor patio is adorned with urns filled with beautiful aromatic basil. The boys said that they wished we were staying longer as they want to...

Our first experience when we arrived. Was recommended if we loved pizza. It was kust us on a Thursday evening after being at Baby Beach all day. No one else was there and they opened at 6. The pizza is not saucy. The cheese is not shredded. The crust is brick oven style and they serve all medium size. It was great! We wouid defintely repeat our visit. Family friendly or adults only!
