Oh my got, what an unpleasant visit! 😡

The only reasonably fair thing was the food (had prosciutto & burrata pizza). All the rest was mess, lack of care and pure “i dont give a fuck” style. I had never had so many things wrong at once during a short dinner.

I was sat at a table outside and left there 10 minutes without attention. Then asked what I want for drink. I asked for menu first. Was given drink menu only and was left another 10-15 mins without care. I then asked for food menu also. Guys sitting at next table (who arrived 10 mins later) had their order already in place. I finally ordered a pizza and drink.

Pizza arrived at wrong table, but was forwarded successfully. Cutlery arrived later then pizza. No napkin was provided (unlike other table) and had to ask myself later. Once finished, it took another 10 minutes to clean the table - despite staff walking around. Asked for bill, took longer than reasonable.

Staff member accidently kicked chair of another customer (who was surprised since it came from behind his back). No decent apology was given, just a look.

Wanted to order dessert and coffee, but decided to shorten the visit. I am normally smiling, expressing gratitude, being kind. This left me frustrated at the end....

The only Italian thing in this place was Acqua Panna and wines. Typical Dutch restaurant, where rucola is excessively put everywhere as if this was the only grass growing in Italy. The rib eye was served like an hamburger within bread slices and wannabe parmesan cheese. It was like eating yet another bread and cheese meal, where meat was a side dish while it was supposed to be the king of the plate. I felt pity for the poor lonely tomato cherry put randomly there. Pizza was simply uneatable, cheewey, hard and dry. Wine selection was perhaps a bit better . Not an...

Nice place, great service. Server did ask quite a few times (8 times) in 1 1/2 hour at our table how everything was which went from great- to a little bit irritating.

Food was OK. Italian charcuterie wasn’t really special. Carpaccio was great, but heavy on the truffle mayonaise though. Aglio- olio with vongole and shrimps was mediocre at best. The spaghetti was ‘plain’, supermarket bought and the garlic (aglio) wasn’t really there, shrimps were also a little overdone. The vongole itself was GREAT! Perfect flavour, salty, briney and oily.
