Absolutely LOVE this place! The atmosphere was great the first time, even when quite quiet, and was even moreso the next few visits when it was busy. Loads of history, beautifully filled with Delft items on the walls and loads of board games available. It was lovely to see groups of 20yos playing cards and Rummikub rather than attached to phones! In fact, on the occasions we went back, we never saw a single person on a phone. We didn't eat but didn't want to lose it stars . Would go back , AND DEFINITELY...

Terrible service, it the bartender seemed angry that we wanted to buy beer from him. Really not friendly. We were a group of 5 that grew to 8, some Dutch, not loud or causing any trouble. We ordered about 3 beers each and stayed for a few hours, paid about 100€. Every time he would come to our table, he'd have this angry look on his face. All around unpleasant experience, he probably had a bad day. Not even a thank you and bye at the end, just silence. Not coming...
