Great food, terrible staff. It took them almost 15 minutes to get us a menu after we were seated. There were about 3 waiters (excluding kitchen staff who would bring over the food) for about 5 occupied tables.

Both the lobster and the risotto were beautifully presented and very tasty. When I asked about the fries that were supposed to come with my lobster, the waiter assured me the dish only came with a small side salad, though he said I could order extra fries. As I was already halfway through my lobster at this point, I figured it wasn't really worth it anymore.

With the 1/2 lobster being rather modest in size already, it was a very small meal but I assumed I must have misread the part about the fries. When we got another look at the menu for dessert, however, I saw that the fries were indeed mentioned with the lobster on the menu, but the point seemed rather moot by that time.

We really had to work hard to get the staff's attention to ask them about the fries, order extra drinks, ask for the dessert menu, etc. This was a dinner for our one year wedding anniversary so we were a little disappointed.

That being said, the restaurant looked beautiful and the food was excellent. I hope they provide the wait staff with some additional training to get this place up and running because it has...

Here's my story - I sat down and ordered, then decided I wanted more light and asked to move to another table. After a while a polite boy appeared and told me that I should move inside, I asked "why" he told me that I can't eat outside?! But as you will see in the pictures, there were many people eating next to me. I canceled my order and decided that I will not eat here. Then a gentleman appeared and told me again that I could not eat here because it was a restaurant only for lunch! it was still full around me. This was already starting to offend me, apparently the staff didn't like something about me! To which I replied "I will wait for my colleagues from the hotel rooms to come down and leave". But to top it off, a third gentleman appeared and informed me that in fact there is a different menu here than the tables by the door and that's why they couldn't give me what I wanted!!! For this reason I do not recommend...

Great potential, inspiring decorations, waiting for a new chef, staff is extremely sweet, but not yet full #teamwork. Were here end of February 2020, and the brasserie were having their Carnaval menu. But boy: this looks promising. With fresh and local produce, fish, vegetarian, pork belly and lobster. The menu and kitchen has been setup by chef Van Groeninge, a Michelin star chef now working as an advisor for the culinary owner of this kitchen. The menu looks great, but the chef really needs to put up his game: we had duck chest, but it was too far done and somewhat dry, and the crispy pork belly was not crispy and wasn't cooked long enough to render the fat. And although the staff was very friendly; our order was forgotten twice and I had to ask for their attention more then once to come up to our table. So that is why 3 stars: is ok but can be awesome (menu and friendly staff), but some work to...

Visiting Eindhoven for work from the US and was just looking for a restaurant to have dinner. Stopped by Brasserie Rita and decided to enjoy the chef course for dinner, with the wine pairing. It was one of the best meals I've had during my many business travels through Europe and Asia. Amazing flavors with the mackerel, pork belly, and duck dishes to go along with the amazing Spanish wines. However, I admit favorite was the dessert Spanish wine to go along with the amazing dessert. Lastly, the service was exceptional with knowledge of the dishes and wine pairing that made the experience even better. Definitely coming back again!

59 euros for a 6 course menu seems to be a good deal during city dinner. We have asked if there is a bob wine menu, which they told there was, but in the end we have been charged for the full wine menu. The first 2 courses took 2 hours and the full 6 ones 5,5hours which is (way) too long. Main course was medium temperature but overall spices and texture of the food was value for money. Waiters are friendly but doenst have the level of food (wine on time, water/bread refil, get in/out empty plates), and desert wine wasn't a match with he food. During desert a mouse came by and entertained us...
