In short, incorrect closing hours, irresponsible behavior and blaming us for not knowing the local traditions of when a "place is closed". To elaborate: we went inside and ordered and paid through the QR codes. After a couple minutes, a waitress came by to ask if she can help us with anything. We told her that we ordered, she said they're closed. She ended up giving our money back in cash (minus the service fees, so not 100% of what we paid), and when we told her that the opening hours on Google Maps say that they are open, she judgingly said "oh because Google is always right". I believe this is unfair and irresponsible on their part, since they are the ones responsible for both keeping information about their place accurate on the most popular platform among tourists and newcomers, and also for actually properly closing the place once they close (there were still people inside and outside, the doors were wide open). Everyone can have bad days, but not properly having opening and closing hours displayed is misleading for many tourists and people who aren't familiar with the local customs. Suggested an edit on Maps as well, since this happened around 00:46 and it says they're open until 02:00. Hopefully a staff member will read this and correct it.
