Happy Italy Eindhoven — Restaurant in Eindhoven

Excellent kitchen service the pizzas are really tasteful and with a great price. However lately the staff has been really unprofessional rude and passive aggresive.

One day a waiter told us not to wait outside because it was a bad look for the restaurant . He literally said "I give you 2 minutes to either come in or leave." We told him we were waiting for 2 extra people and he replied "yeah so? you are giving us a bad image"

I am not a licensed psychologist but I do know that the better way to have a bad image is to insult a group of 12 people who have always recommended your bussines. If course we went to Vapiano's (right in front) which is more expensive but they won't insult you to your face

I thought well a bad day could happen to anyone right? Yup and a second one too. The next time when we were attended by a waitress who talked like a spoiled Bimbo would do to her parents. Completly unmotivated, unprofessional as if she was the owner's daughter and she was forced to work 2 hours a day so her daddy would buy the Ferrari she wants. Completly surreal, we sincerely thought she was a paid actress to play a spoiled millionaire working at a pizza chain restaurant.

And well you would think after that i would quit going there but no, there was the last time just 3 days ago. We waited to be attended right and none came for 5-10 minutes or so. I saw an empty table next to us so we just sat there, maybe they were yo busy to do so. A waiter told us who told to sit there. Rude. I explained what happened and she told us ok go to that tablet because we are closing this area.

We went there and another waitress told as to move where she was pointing. We first thought that she meant the tablet we were sitting previously so i told her what her mate told me. She was actually meaning to get back to the door (which was literally next to the table) so they could clean the table.

You would think that ok it was a miscommunication everything fine. Well i said ok and was turning around as she (pretty much yelled) because right now you are bothering. Ok perfectly fine i get it we didnt understand each other.

2 seconds pass and i hear "obviously" behind my back. In such a passive aggresive way that resembled a young teannager girl having a tantrum.

I have never felt more insulted in my Life that in this restaurant these last 3 times. It is completly beyond my understanding. Right now i see the place and my stomach cant eat there.

What a shame, great...

We made reservations ahead of time to be sure to have a spot. The reservation instructions said to show the reservation at the entrance. We went in, passing about eight people waiting in line outside as they didn't make reservations. Inside, we were waiting for 15-20 minutes at the door, watching about 40 people exit the restaurant after finishing their meals until someone showed up to get us to a seat. Once seated, we noticed they let in everyone waiting outside behind us at once. So reservations are worthless. Then, we had to wave down a server to ask them to send someone to get our order. Someone finally came, and with absolutely 0 enthousiasm, took our order. She spoke quietly as well, in a crowded building. Then she left to take the other newcomers' orders without even finishing our order (half the table didn't get to order their drinks). She also brought us our cutlery by just slamming the sets on the table (no joke, slammed that stuff) and the next waiter brought (half of) the drinks and slammed those on the table as well. We ordered entrées and mains. By the time we got our entrées, the other people who were seated after us were already close to finishing their dinner. We finally got the entrées, and one of our party noticed a server at the front picking up some mains and looking our way, then putting them back down when they noticed we were just starting our entrées. So they prepared all our food at the same time. The person at our table waved down the waiter to bring the food now already, as we didn't want them to wait with it until it went cold. No reason to be this unprofessional. The food itself was quite delicious though, and the kitchen staff was working quite hard. In short: food is good but the inhospitality of the wait staff makes it not worth to go there anyway. Especially if you see it's crowded, it's probably better to just go eat a burger or...

Absolutely mad at the poor service! Yesterday we went and ordered a salade. I told her I want my Sauce to the side and I want olives and mushroom on mine, I also asked for extra balsamic sauce and the girl tells me they don't have it which is strange cause every time we go I get this sauce. So she said she will look for me. As we waited and she brought the food she had my salad with sauce and my partners without and we couldn't change cause the one with sauce had the olives on top. I then see that they also forgot the mushrooms but cause I was in a rush I just informed her so that we don't get charged extra. I then pour what was supposed to be "balsamic" sauce on top of my salade but the consistency was so thick I knew something was not adding up. I have a taste and find out it's TERIYAKI sauce. How could you not know the difference between teriyaki and balsamic. I then go on and inform her and she says she'll have a look. After 10 min she comes back with a small amount of balsamic and she does it with a certain attitude. Furthermore when we go to check out I tell the other colleague to take away the cost of the teriyaki sauce ( as it was wrong) and the mushrooms which were not even in my salad. And she fooled me and said she can't do that anymore as we are paying in cash and she can't get the costs right. So I payed 6 euros extra for 2 sauces which were not even for salad and a mushroom I never got. I am absolutely disgusted by the poor service and the fact that they didn't even take care of this matter properly. Quality was very poor. And the girl that served us should learn how to not have attitude with customers....
