Laat ik allereerst beginnen met het feit dat dit een mooie zaak is met een modern interieur. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel dat je graag helpt. Na de proeverij van alle broodjes ben ik wel tot de conclusie gekomen dat ik meer van het worstenbroodje (traditioneel) had verwacht. Het deeg was mooi en echt goed afgebakken. De smaak van het vlees viel daarentegen weg, het is wat flauw. De rest van de broodjes hebben we blind proberen te proeven met later de resultaten. We hadden verwacht dat de broodjes met lam, asperge en de vegetarische vulling goed te vinden waren. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn en het was alsof ook deze broodjes flauw waren van smaak.

Misschien is het worstenbroodje gewoon niet mijn ding. Mijn metgezel van de dag deelt...
