Victoria Court (Holland2Stay) — Local services in Eindhoven

Really bad experience. I stayed there for 3 months. Eventually I canceled my contract earlier because it was unbearable. The apartments are really small and old, and there are a lot of bugs (especially silverfish) in everywere. They are really negligent and they have very bad service. Really if you don't want to spent your time with a place with full of bugs, stay away from this place! They also fined me of 500 euros since I wanted to cancel my contract. Also during the checkout they also charged me A LOT for cleaning and other stupid things, even though my apartment were clean already (I hired cleannig lady for cleaning my apartment before checkout). The appartment is comfy and the location is great. However, it was written that we would get free access to the gym, laundry and housekeeping for bedsheets and towels. It was not the case and we were quite disappointed. We asked for the gym, they said it was closed due to covid: it was not the case since we were able to get a paid membership separately. We asked for the laudry, they said it was not included in our contract (while it was clearly written on our welcoming documents in the apartment) and same for the housekeeping. Dishonest company as any other rental agency in Eindhoven area. They will invent anything to take the money from your deposit. Even after your check out report and charges stated there, they will overcharge you whatever amount they want.
