Organized a team dinner for 10 at Mojo Kitchen in Eindhoven, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As we got seated, a staff member came and explained the entire ordering process, setting the tone for the attentive service to come.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff, and throughout the evening, two staff members stood out for their exceptional politeness and prompt responses to our additional requests. They ensured that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable.
The service was incredibly prompt, with our orders being swiftly taken and delivered without any wait time. Each dish we ordered was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing a wide range of cuisines to suit every palate. From appetizers to desserts, there was something to please everyone in our group.
Even as the evening came to a close, one of the staff member took the time to bid us farewell courteously, adding a personal touch to our experience.
The ambience of the restaurant was also noteworthy, providing a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that complemented the dining experience perfectly.

After reading reviews about the staff and manager being rude. I'm not surpirsed about my incident and how they never replied to mail. Posting here so that i might recieve a feedback from them!!
One of your waiters, in a rush to clear the table, spilled soy sauce on my entire outfit, including the jacket that was hanging on the back of the chair. The waiter initially did not acknowledge the incident until I brought it to his attention. He then proceeded to wipe the soy sauce with a tissue for a few seconds and apologized before leaving.
Unfortunately, the situation did not improve as no manager came to inquire about the incident or offer any assistance with cleaning. Another customer who witnessed the incident raised the issue with an employee who did not take it seriously and only wiped the jacket briefly before leaving.
Although I was able to remove the stains from my clothing after washing, my jacket suffered from some color degradation that cannot be easily remedied. Read moreWe went to Mojo a group of 8 friends. After our lunch, one of us asked for a glass of tap water. The waitress brought a bottle of mineral bottle. When I re-explained that he just wanted a glass of water from the tap, she lied and she said that we could get sick if we would drink tap water. (Note: the netherlands has one of the highest qualities of tap water). Then I said that this was not true and asked if she was gonna force us to drink from the toilet after consuming a whole meal and drinks there? To what she answered that if we would drink water from the toilet, she would charge us!! What??? And that she would know because they have cameras IN the toilets. What?? Clearly, she lost it trying to defend denying a glass of water to a customer, but she definitely went too far. When she went to the manager and he came to the table, he was still rude to us when I tried to explain what happened and he just apologised to one of us when we were leaving.
