The worst service I’ve ever experienced! Restaurantnaam is samenvattend: klantvriendelijkheid behoeft nog flinke VOORUITGANG. It was our 2nd visit but that night will be the last time for us. Will NEVER come back ever again.

Celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the hostess made us move table 3 times. We ended up sitting uncomfortably, I was literally shoulder to shoulder with another customer. At this point, I don’t think they take Corona rules wisely because of their masks are just hanging underneath their chin.

They made us waiting for 25 minutes for our cocktails. This is too much, so we decided to leave but the drinks arrived at the same time. We talked politely to the waitress about our uncomfortable situation, she was sorry and understanding. While walking out, this same hostess (Cecile) came aggressively asked us to pay.. We were surprised that she asked us money and didn’t even ask the reason why we left..????

The nightmare didn’t stop there. The manager was standing there while hostess asked us to pay. I thought by giving feedback to manager will help them to do better. Unfortunately, this manager man shouted aggressively to me, he didn’t have respect and willing to talk to me instead talking to my Dutch boyfriend. He didn’t even say sorry about what happened. He just left in the middle talking to another staff..

I’m working in hospitality industry my whole life I would be ashamed if I treated my customer the way they...

Wrong attitude of waiters not friendly atmosphere. Not recommended. We are paying but no proper service.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to your establishment. I encountered unprofessional behavior from one of your waiters, particularly a bearded gentleman who repeatedly avoided taking our order and seemed to ignore our table altogether.

As an Indian guest, I couldn’t help but feel that this behavior may have been racially motivated, which made the experience even more upsetting. All guests, regardless of background, deserve respectful and equal treatment.

I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address the conduct of your staff. A welcoming and inclusive environment is vital for any hospitality business, and I hope no other guest has to feel the way we did.

Looking forward assurance that this matter will be addressed.

The food The nachos came in a hot stone bowl which kept them nice and warm. There was plenty of guacamole and crème fraîche, however, there was not enough cheese, leaving quite a few chips naked. Though, the cheese on top was super gooey. Also, the jalapeños and the added Tabasco gave it a nice little spice. It was pretty good, but I do prefer nachos with ground beef. Considering that there was no meat inside, the nachos were quite expensive. Although the overall taste was good, it's not really worth the price in my opinion.

The service and atmosphere The service was mediocre, I had to ask several times for tissues and Tabasco. Two waiters were very friendly but one was a bit rude. The restaurant itself was very lively and looked very nice.
