Café 't Kantoor — Restaurant in Haarlem

This local pub attracts all sorts of locals (lovingly referring to themselves as mosquito's). The people serving you are local too and don't mind mingling with the crowd which isn't as common as assumed in the Netherlands. Having said that, their assortment of beer is respectable although there are few snacks to be had here. Little to no space, since it's usually crowded, but really cute, nevertheless.
