Domino's Pizza Haarlem - Gedempte Oude Gracht — Restaurant in Haarlem

I got a call from domino's today saying the oven was broken and they couldn't make my pizza and if I wanted to cancel. I said yes. I got a call 40 min later saying my order was on the way. I said that didn't make sense because we canceled and that I have ordered from somewhere else. She said she didn't care and that the delivery guy was on his way. I said this was not my problem and wanted to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. Is this how you treat your customers? By canceling their order then delivering and charging double? I demand a resolution. I have sent back the pizza and I am coming for you, "manager". The delivery guy was incredibly nice, didn't even seem to be from the same company. I asked him the name of the phone person, Pamela. And I hope you learn never to lie and mess with your customers like this again. Domino's calls me and tells me to cancel my order and suddenly they deliver it and it's my problem? That's the most crazy thing that has ever...

I ordered 2 pizzas, the application said the delivery time was 45-60 minutes. After that time, a message appeared saying that the order was being processed. After an hour and a half of total waiting, I lost patience and called the place. The person who answered the phone claimed that the driver was at my place and no one opened the door for him (there were 3 people in the house at the time), he also claimed that he also called my number, which I did not have any connection with... During the conversation, the person I was talking to hung up and did not answer any more calls from my number, I only got through from another number... I do not recommend this place! Scammers...

Waiting for 35 minutes to get a medium size tomato-cheese-mushroom with a single ticket on the queue (mine), the staff laughing and talking with eachother. The hygene on the local is below low, staff picking up things from the ground, or chaning the trash bag, scratching their heads or else while working on the pizza without washing their hands once is crazy and this should be punished. I hope manager team listens to this and change the hygene protocols or male their staff conscience about this basic fundamentals...
