PIP Deli — Restaurant in Haarlem

Food Very normal. A typical brunch restaurant. The ingredients in my avocado toast were fresh, and they had many different types of beverage.

Service This was the part that disappointed me the most. We initially wanted to sit in a corner, but they told us that there is an another reservation, so we cannot sit there. We are a bigger group that can fit into a smaller table, why can't we sit there? They do not get a table specific reservation. I have not seen a restaurant doing this in Amsterdam region. Plus, the bigger table we were sitting can even be separated and tailored into a different group size, so it does not really make sense. While other tables have tiny lamps, our table had nothing, and it was too dark.

In less than a month we have already been here three times: for breakfast, brunch and dinner. It is absolutely delicious! The first time we went for breakfast, we ordered the scrambled eggs and were surprised by the quality of the bread as well as the huge portion. The second time we went for brunch, and opted for Turkish eggs and the mushroom toast with poached egg and parmesan. The third time we went looking for the mushroom toast (it is incredible) and found a slightly different but also absolutely delicious menu (we chose burrata and burgers). Good food, nice place and always very kind and friendly service. At dinner it took a while to serve us the food, but the plating and the food are so delicious and the service so friendly that it is impossible for that to affect...

I visited PIP Deli for brunch with my partner, and I was impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff. They were so attentive and helpful. The place has a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal.

The food, however, can improve. The menu is excellent, with an easy-going selection of dishes to suit different tastes. I ordered the Benedict eggs with smoked jam and spinach, which sounded delicious. The food was not bad, but it did not meet the expectations.

The location of PIP Deli is excellent, out of downtown and next to Frederikspark. It is easy to find. The park is also a nice place to walk...
