We ordered one pepperoni pizza at the booth and waited 40 minutes in the restaurant without any updates. Eventually, staff approached us, seemingly confused as to why we were still waiting. They then informed us that they had run out of pepperoni and there would be no pizza for us.

We had already paid, so we asked for a refund. However, they provided no documentation and only said the refund would take five working days—and possibly longer due to the holiday season. We’re now left unsure whether we’ll actually get our money back.

To make matters worse, while explaining the situation, an employee accidentally dropped pizzas on the floor because no one had properly replaced or packed them after they came out of the baking machine.

The overall experience was appalling. There seemed to be no adherence to sanitary norms: staff wore coats in the kitchen, delivery workers touched pizzas without gloves after returning from deliveries, and the general hygiene practices were...

I faced issues with both the app and website while ordering pizza: my orders were declined, yet the payments were processed. When I reached out to Lara over a phone call, she efficiently resolved the issue, ensuring my pizza was delivered. It's clear the staff here think it's okay to make orders without reading requests for food additions or to see if a customer has allergies or not which can be harmful to them. Ordered a pizza and no mushrooms again, ordered a drink and the driver said it was too late to drive back for it and now have to get a refund from Uber as what he said that he would refund it, it never happened. Do NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE and record them each time they deliver, this is liable for being sued if people pay and you are not providing the food paid for.
