We ordered one pepperoni pizza at the booth and waited 40 minutes in the restaurant without any updates. Eventually, staff approached us, seemingly confused as to why we were still waiting. They then informed us that they had run out of pepperoni and there would be no pizza for us.
We had already paid, so we asked for a refund. However, they provided no documentation and only said the refund would take five working days—and possibly longer due to the holiday season. We’re now left unsure whether we’ll actually get our money back.
To make matters worse, while explaining the situation, an employee accidentally dropped pizzas on the floor because no one had properly replaced or packed them after they came out of the baking machine.

Ordered a pizza and no mushrooms again, ordered a drink and the driver said it was too late to drive back for it and now have to get a refund from Uber as what he said that he would refund it, it never happened.
