When i entered the coffee shop, i was apparently hated by the blonde attendant who didn't care about understanding my English and was rude from start to the end. I ordered a black tea and she gave me a Earl Grey, than i asked to exchange the Earl Grey for an English Breakfast Tea and this apparently irritated her even more, and she even threw the tea i asked for as an exchange. This place can get extremely busy being so close to the strip and the convention center. They always seem to be sufficiently staffed. It is a homeless Mecca so bathroom codes are constantly changing. There is a steady turnover of staff but those here are trained and friendly there was a constant flow and they know how to deal with high traffic. Sometimes this place puts on a real show.
