I had a salmon tartaar and ribeye with matching wines. All dishes tasted good. It balanced well with all the garnish on the side. I though green pepper sauce was on the light side, but it was perfect. Not too light and match perfectly with my medium/well done stake. It was more midium stake, maybe this was the reason I enjoin it more.

Some advice for future, please serving wine along with the dish and not xx minutes before it. It killed the vibe.

But in over all, it was good evening. I will visit them again before leaving...

What a wonderful surprise! Had dinner in the bar as we was so surprised at the outstanding hospitality from Yao & Noa. They were friendly and went out of their way to give us great service. Both had great attitudes and really seem to enjoy their work. So refreshing in a world where most people in the service industry have no idea what service is and seem to hate their job. After our dinner at the stripes, we headed down to the gate. We had coffee, hot chocolate, beer, some cocktails, and cakes. We enjoyed our carrot cake and cinnamon roll. Not too sweet. Just right.
