08-10-2019 Currently closed for maintenance. Not sure what for, but the staff informed me the terrace will re-open around the end of the year.
Offers one of the best views you'll ever get at an airport. On the left side you'll be able to view most international flights, majority being KLM and Delta. On the left a variety of domestic aircraft. You can view a taxiway and runway aswell. Benches and trash bins are provided. When the weather is nice, you can also get some drinks at the...
Read moreWhile flying with your air line, I bought a return ticket from London. There was a lay over in Amsterdam. While checking in, the representative that checked me in did not know what he was doing, he was very inexperienced! The representative submitted a stand by ticket . I payed full fare for an economy flight, not stand by. I have never had this experience and had to beg for a seat to fly home to my family, beg for a seat that i had already paid for. I had NOT payed for a stand by ticket , but for a return flight . My luggage was lost and had to purchase items on my return back to the United States I shall never fly with KLM again and have advised family and friends of the terrible experience...
