Joshita makes delicious cakes. My wife surprised me with this tiramisu cake on my birthday and it was so yummy. Very well balanced sweetness and perfect texture. Besides being an awesome baker, she is also a sweet person. She’d suggest the best option based on the requirements. She never gets annoyed if you ask her “too many questions” about cake.
