I recommend it to every lover of Chinese cuisine and culture. Here you will always be greeted with a smile, they will recommend the best dishes, you will be fed tasty and satisfying food. Slechte kwaliteit eten, zeer smaakloos, koude plekken op de kipsate en onvriendelijk personeel. Afhaal, menu a besteld maar kreeg het menu van de kerstdagen en dat op 14 januari terwijl er duidelijk bij staat tm 23 dec te bestellen. Hierover gebeld maar ze weten zelf niet wat er op hun website staat. Al met al een echte NO GO!!! BESTEL ELDERS MENSEN!!

Naar aanleiding van uw reactie - na maar liefst 2 weken - een reactie van onze kant. Uw aanbod van het bakje Tjaptjoi afhalen is letterlijk: LAAT ALLE CHINEES KOUD WORDEN WAT U THUIS HEEFT EN STAP GELIJK IN DE AUTO OM TJAPTJOI AF TE HALEN. Beste meneer/mevrouw wij wonen op 10 min rijden, wij hebben niet de voorkeur om Chinees achteraf weer op te warmen want dat is wat u met uw voorstel zegt. Dit hebben wij telefonisch ook duidelijk verteld.

Des al niet te min vind ik het jammer dat u vooral op dit punt inspringt, het eten was gewoon rond uit slecht - smaakloos , koude plekken op de kipsate - en bij het afhalen onvriendelijk personeel. Misschien kunt u hieraan werken in plaats van nu weer te stellen dat wij niks wilden. Had gewoon een normaal aanbod gedaan, het ophalen van een bakje tjaptjoi op een ander moment bijvoorbeeld. U maakt een fout, nu maken we die allemaal maar het gaat om de manier waarop u hiermee omgaat.
