Extremely rude and traumatizing service. We went there as a big group for our conference dinner, served as a buffet. Once they filled the buffet plates, I started to go get food. Then one waiter came over and shouted at me in a very rude way: “Stop! You cannot do this!” I was very confused since I didn’t know what I wasn’t supposed to do. He kept telling me to stop in a very angry way while I was just standing there. Finally, he said, “How come you are taking food while it is not open yet? You can eat what you took now and that's it! No more is allowed!” As customers, we are not expected to know their unspoken rules about when the buffet is ready if they don’t explicitly tell us. On top of that, instead of such horrible and traumatizing communication, this waiter could’ve simply said, “The preparation is not ready yet,” from the beginning. Food is ok, maybe above average by Netherlands standards but beach side seating is always nice.

Quesadilla: It’s overall tasty but I can’t think it’s a real quesadilla if it’s not cheesy (on menu cheddar cheese is listed but can barely see/taste it).

Fish and chips: This was also very normal and did not have a good batter/crisp like fish and chips should.

Food was tasty, staff was very kind and the atmosphere was great. Very beautiful and nice location. Unfortunately, the day we were there the place was packed and the staff was trying their best to cater to all guests. Nevertheless we had to wait a long time for our food to arrive.
