They never, and I repeat, never made a pasta that I ordered accurately. There are about 6 sauce options, and toppings that you can add and pay. Somehow, I never get parsley even if I order it every time I go there, and whenever I want to change an ingredient with another one (like spring onions instead of dried tomatoes, both of which do not belong to the prepaid sauce and added later on) I get both ingredients inside my pasta box. I’ve been in different branches at train stations, partly because it’s usually the only fast pasta alternative and partly because I hoped it’d have been just a bad day for that particular employee and s/he might not have paid as much attention as s/he usually does, but it somehow kept happening. - It used to be good, but management made it poor. Julia's used to have very good Carbonara, where the server would cook the pasta and sauce with the extra ingredients. They have changed. Now they just drop the sauce on to of the pasta and the key ingredients also on top like the bacon. Its a pity because the ingredients are the same, but now for example, the bacon comes out crunchy like bacon bits, not a good taste...
