Although I've never visited this bakery in person but I'm totally blown away from their professionalism. My first experience was in September 2022, I called the bakery from the US to place an order. I was greeted warmly over the phone and was given instructions on how to pay them via PayPal since my American credit card was unaccepted. On the delivery day my child was surprised to have received a handwritten birthday card along with the cake. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture from the staff which was beyond my expectations.

My second experience was in September 23'. I emailed them directly to place a cake order to be delivered to my child's campus. I'm truly grateful that they were able to deliver the cake to my child's campus on a Sunday!

Also, according to those friends of my child who got to enjoy the yummy goodness, both cakes were delicious and beautifully decorated. Thank YOU!! You made a bunch of teenagers(hopefully missing home) very happy. 😊

we really wanted to try rice vlaai and kept seeing recommendations for this bakery, so we stopped by in the morning. we ended up buying a whole (small) one since they were freshly baked, still warm, and couldn't be cut yet. the person who helped us was very nice about this it was tasty enough, bit bland for my tastes, although i suppose we haven't had any other rice vlaai to compare to 😅

we also got a sausage roll here for breakfast and i was extremely dismayed when i bit into it as it was ice cold. probably straight from the fridge. i've never experienced this from a bakery before - usually if something is cold, they'll ask if you'd like to heat...

I used to live in the neighborhood and this was always my go-to spot for vlaai. In my opinion, it’s hands down the best vlaai in the city! My absolute favorite filling is the apricot with pudding — so good. Their croissants and pains au chocolat are also absolutely delicious.

One tip: if you’re visiting on Dutch Father’s/Mother’s Day or other big celebration days, it’s best to order in advance or be prepared to wait in line, as the selection can be limited. But trust me—it’s...
