ABSOLUTE DISASTER!

The service (only attending customers and when you PAY) and the atmosphere is nice, but the quality is far from satisfactory. The subs are poorly prepared, and it’s evident that the staff could benefit from more thorough training. The preparation felt haphazard, as though the team isn’t fully equipped to handle the work. This outlet used to be much better just a few months ago, but it seems that a lack of proper management and oversight has led to a significant decline...

This subway franchise doesn’t adhere to the subway standard. The owner tries to cut cost on everything, which means that you get less meat/toppings if you don’t say anything (and when you do, they’ll use the excuse of not wanting the bread to be too full and unable to close!) while still paying the same price. Het was oudjaars dag en hadden om 17:30 een bestelling geplaatst. Echter kwamen we er achter dat we nog iets waren vergeten. Toen we belden om te vragen of dat nog kon worden toegevoegd werd ons gezegd dat ze gingen sluiten. Terwijl volgens google de zaak open zou blijven tot 9. Maar volgens de mevrouw gingen ze toch sluiten om 6 uur i.v.m oudjaars dag. Terwijl we wel gewoon op tijd hebben besteld kon de bestelling toch niet worden klaar gemaakt. Toen we vroegen waarom het niet meer kon gemaakt zei de vrouw aan de lijn dat ze er geen zin in had en daarna hing ze de telefoon op. Dit was zeer onprettig omdat we erg honger hadden. Is toch met een vervelend gevoel het nieuwe jaar in. Dit zal daarom de laatste keer zijn dat ik hier zal bestellen. Zo'n onvriendelijk personeel heb ik al lang niet meer meegemaakt. Gelukkig heeft thuisbezorgd ons wel nog een voucher gegeven voor de vervelende situatie. Ik zal je aanraden om hier niet te bestellen als je honger hebt. Want voor het zelfde geld werkt die vrouw er weer, en heeft er weer geen zin in. Ik zou gewoon ergens eten bestellen waar ze hun werk wel...
