I had a fantastic experience at Don Pablo in Nijmegen! The atmosphere is warm and lively, with a true South American vibe, great music, and a welcoming staff.

The Plato Argentina was absolutely delicious! A selection of perfectly grilled Argentine meats, cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It truly gave an authentic Argentine dining experience.

I also tried the Fajita Mixtas, which was served on a sizzling plate with a combination of chicken, beef, and shrimp, along with perfectly grilled vegetables. The warm tortillas and tasty side dishes allowed me to create my own fajitas, and the flavors were rich and well-balanced.

The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food.

I had an amazing experience at Don Pablo in Nijmegen! From the moment I walked in, the warm and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The food was absolutely delicious— I ordered the spareribs, and they were some of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly marinated with a sweet-spicy glaze that made every bite mouthwatering. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were rich and authentic. We also tried the tacos and burritos, both packed with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.

The drinks were just as impressive! The margaritas were refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. By the end of the night, we were completely satisfied but already planning our next visit.

They work hard, those waiters. Sometimes, a bit much as they sometimes seemed to forget about there. I know they meant well because we were talking a lot . Probably thought we wanted to be alone. However, we had to ask for forks and knives and napkins and for menus to order desserts. Then 20 minutes later we still had not been asked what we would like to have for dessert. They were busy cleaning the tables, the bar (we sat next to bar) and the kitchen. Fortunately, 15 minutes later we had our churros (see photo). And they were DELICIOUS. Just like the food. So, overall we love this place. That's why only 3 stars for service.

We love the food, the restaurant is nicely decorated and the servers are still very polite when they do interact with us. We understand why they forget us sometimes because they are always full of patrons there. So, bottom line: Don Pablo is an excellent restaurant for Mexican and Argentinan...
