In-Credible — Restaurant in Nijmegen

Went to InCredible with a childhood friend for drinks and dinner. The ambiance was good and very casual, with many tables in a lounge arrangement. It was a bit crowded and noisy, but not to hindrance. We decided to sit at the bar in the window which had simple barstools of moderate comfort. The waitress was new and so not very knowledgeable but warm and friendly. The dinner menu was fairly small. We both had the Credible Doner dish and a beer, of which there was a decent selection. The dish was large, especially for the price, and they did not skimp on the meat at all. Instead of just serving with standard pita bread, the dish was served on a big piece of Turkish bread and had plenty of sides like beetroot and salads (surprisingly traditional as well). It was juicy and sumptuous, definitely among the better doner meals I have had, and more than enough for a full meal. Besides the great meal, the friendly staff and clean bathrooms make this an overall commendable diner (though there were a few chairs and no visible ramps, including to the bathrooms, so may not be very accessible for wheelchairs). The price was fairly low as well for everything we had so thumbs up...

We stayed in Hotel Credible for a 5-day conference at Radboud Uni, plus an extra day. It was lovely - the room was great, nothing fancy, but super clean, practical and beautifully quirky, the bed was good and the bathroom really great. We felt safe and cherished there. I asked for a kettle and two mugs, and having those made the stay even better! The staff was friendly and professional. The whole atmosphere was so nice (and super cool) that we didn't really want to try out other restaurants for dinner, because we had everything we needed and wanted right there! The breakfasts are substantial and of a high quality, with gluten-free options as well. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a few nearby. It's a bit of a stretch from the station, but no problem with the available buses, and the setting is lovely. On the last morning, we could leave our luggage in the store room for a few hours and go and explore a bit before leaving. Great location, highly recommended, will definitely stay there again!
