Fresca — Restaurant in Nijmegen

My boyfriend and I had breakfast today. Honestly, we were very upset by visiting this restaurant, although after looking at the more or less good reviews we decided to have breakfast here. To place an order, we waited a long time for the waiter, when we finally did it, we waited 40 minutes for this order! There may have been a lot of orders in the kitchen, but this is no excuse; no one warned us about the delay, while the neighboring tables received orders from the kitchen within 15-20 minutes. We finished our meal and also had to wait for the waiter for about 10 minutes to pay the bill; we were in a hurry. The food is okay, not worth waiting for about an hour. I didn't like...

The food at Fresca is not only aesthetic, but delicious too! They have a variety of brunch options with lots of vegetarian and vegan options too! The service is nice, and the servers are attentive, however paying can be a pain as you have to wait for one of the servers to come to you, which could take a while if the place is busy. The atmosphere is lovely and chic inside, with a cute upstairs area and a cozy downstairs nook with a kids corner. Outside the patio of the establishment is right next to a mini park so expect a bit of traffic and lots of people outside - especially children. Horrendous experience, didn't accommodate people with food allergies (couldn't bring some sliced bread or remove an ingredient from their pre-made fresh juices). The waitress forgot to bring a fresh juice and when it was pointed out to her, she didn't even apologize or acknowledge the error and only focused on removing the forgotten order from the final bill.
