Burger King — Restaurant in Oranjestad (city)

It was the first time in over 3 years visiting this specific BK. The staff was friendly enough. I ordered an original chicken sandwhich with a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was good and is the only reason I would go back to BK. The original chicken sandwich was disappointing. Although the bread quality is better than it was the last few times I had this particular sandwich. It actually seemed fresh this time. The sandwich overal tasted as disappointing as it's appearance. The chicken looked and tasted a little burnt. As for the restaurant's atmosphere, it was mainly empty, but the staff started playing some music and that helped. BK has to the worst fast food joint on the island. We always go to the one Kamerlingh Onnestraat and it seems no one is ever there when go go for lunch. We generally do take out and always go for the Impossible whopper combo. Food is good but the service is horrendous. Seems like the staff could care less. I have seen them several times just staring out of the windows onto the street instead of making orders. Last time it tool me 30+ minutes from ordering at the box to getting our food. Food takes a while to make. It could take up to 10 min sometimes. Quality is not what it used to be sadly. In my case sandwich was made with the wrong bread. They had to remake them. Sandwich didn't feel hot. Bread looked soggy. AC was dripping water in the restaurant at a few places. Already closed the doors at 10:00PM. And all this for a known fast food chain. I hope they work on improving. Perhaps other people had a better experience. I don't know. I wish...
