McDonald's — Restaurant in Roermond

The cashier made a mistake. I had member discount and they asked me if I had any code or discount. I said yes. Then the woman behind it proceeds to make a mistake by not adding the member discount and tells me off they can't do anything about it and I need to pay full price. They didn't feel apologetic at all (only mumbled sorry but not really) nor did they tell me they are ready to learn from their mistake. So in the end I paid for their mistake which seems so silly.

After that I saw the rats or mouse problem they have and also their lax attitude towards it. Feels bad that I didn't check...

I had a horrible experience at Mcdonald’s Roermond Outlet Center. i ordered 9 chicken nuggets but they gave me 6 ??? i came to the nearest staff but she didn’t care, and walked away when i asked. i had to come to the employee at the counter to ask. They gave me a new box of 9 nuggets and took back the old box like nothing happened and no official apology was given. This is not the first time this happened to me, the last time I ordered a takeout box of 20 nuggets and they only gave me 10 but I was on my way home so I didn’t have the chance to...

One of the best McDonald's I've been.

The food is very delicious, especially their McChicken and Wrap, they got multiple good choices you can choose from Veggie to Chicken meals. The fries were decent as usual, the drinks were refreshing.

The service is pretty good, the personnel are welcoming and kind, I could've rate it more but it's my first time so I don't want to overexaggerate the rating.

The overall Atmosphere is amazing, it's perfectly noisy and there weren't many diets around...
