One of the worst Starbucks experiences Iâve had. The barista, a guy with glasses who seemed to be the manager, was incredibly rude and condescending. When I asked about the drink sizes, he made fun of me in Dutch, assuming I wouldnât understand. His entitled attitude was unacceptable for someone working in customer service. On top of that, everything was absurdly expensive, a 50cl water bottle cost a ridiculous 4 euros! The drink I ordered was terrible, loaded with ice to the point where it was more water than anything. If you're in Roermond, Iâd recommend skipping this Starbucks and finding a better coffee...

Staff needs more training and there needs to be someone that knows what they are doing. I hope they will provide their staff with more training because the quality of the coffee is disappointing for this...
Read moreThe staff is RUDE and inexperienced! Our coffees were just half full! One of the employees also yelled at us while we were waiting (it had only been a minute) for a friend to get back from the loo. I understand it might have been due to the new lockdown rules, however we were being co-orporative and even apologised for any inconvenience. However yelling at the customers and telling them to get out is not acceptable. This was at the Starbucks close to...
